INTRODUCTION

This Website is operated by Naturavit d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia with its registered office at Industrijska cesta 5, 5000 Nova Gorica, Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as “LT10 Cosmetics,” “Naturavit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service are written in clear, straightforward language to make them easy to understand while providing full legal protection for both parties.

They govern the use of our online platform and the purchase of LT10 white-label cosmetic products (the “Products”). By placing an order, you (“you” or the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not place orders or use the services provided on the Website.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Naturavit reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time by publishing the revised version on the Website. The date of the most recent update will always be shown above.

Any material changes will be communicated to registered Clients via email at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Website after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GENERAL AGREEMENT

Naturavit provides Clients with access to order LT10 white-label cosmetic products and related services, including filling, labeling, and documentation preparation.

By placing an Order, the Client confirms that all purchases are made for business purposes only and that the Client acts as a professional entity under applicable commercial law.

Naturavit reserves the right to refuse service or cancel Orders if it reasonably believes the Client is not acting for professional purposes or may be misusing the Website or the Products.

ACCOUNT AND ORDER PLACEMENT

The Website can be freely accessed without registration.

To place an order, the Client must provide accurate business information, including billing and delivery details, as requested during checkout or in written communication.

Naturavit reserves the right to verify business details before confirming an order and to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion if the provided information is false, incomplete, or misleading.

The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order details and for any costs or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

PRODUCTS AND COMPLIANCE

All LT10 products are developed and produced within the European Union, in GMP-compliant facilities located in Slovenia and Italy.

All products fully comply with EU Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 on cosmetic products and with UK cosmetic regulations.

Naturavit maintains the Product Information File (PIF) for each product in accordance with regulatory requirements and provides Clients with the necessary Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) and related documentation for legal market entry.

Naturavit guarantees that all products are safe, tested, and compliant when delivered to the Client.

LABELING AND DESIGN

Naturavit performs filling and labeling to deliver ready-for-sale products.

The Client provides its own final label design, prepared according to the technical specifications and legal labeling requirements shared by Naturavit.

Naturavit does not provide creative design services but may offer technical guidance to ensure regulatory compliance.

The Client remains solely responsible for ensuring that label content (claims, design, and translations) complies with applicable cosmetic and advertising laws in the markets where the product will be sold.

Naturavit shall not be held liable for claims, damages, or regulatory actions resulting from non-compliant or misleading labeling provided by the Client.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Naturavit operates with transparent pricing. Unit prices automatically decrease with higher quantities on product pages.

Payment terms and accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are processed only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Naturavit reserves the right to adjust pricing or product availability at any time due to raw material costs, supply fluctuations, or other market conditions.

DELIVERY

LT10 ships to all EU countries and the United Kingdom.

Delivery time and costs depend on the destination and order size and will be confirmed before checkout.

Naturavit is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details, courier delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect delivery information or refusal of receipt, the Client is responsible for any related costs.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Given the professional and customized nature of LT10 white-label products, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or proven non-conformity with the agreed specifications.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery and must include supporting evidence such as photos, batch numbers, or relevant documentation.

Naturavit may, at its discretion, replace or refund defective goods after verifying the claim.

Returns will not be accepted for errors arising from the Client’s design, labeling, or order information.

DOCUMENTATION

Naturavit provides each Client with:

Naturavit maintains the full Product Information File (PIF) for regulatory authorities as required by EU and UK law.

To protect proprietary formulations and trade secrets, the PIF is not shared externally but is available to authorities upon request in accordance with the law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All LT10 formulas, packaging designs, trademarks, website content, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Naturavit d.o.o. or its licensors.

The Client may not reproduce, modify, or use LT10 intellectual property without written permission.

All rights to private label branding and designs created by the Client remain the property of the Client, provided they do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

LIABILITY

Naturavit’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the relevant order.

Naturavit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage.

Naturavit shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, or supply shortages.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Naturavit harmless against any third-party claims arising from misuse, mislabeling, or unlawful marketing of the Products.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Slovenia.

The Parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes amicably.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Nova Gorica, Slovenia.
